Who qualifies
For the Articles of Organization, a majority of the initial membership interests must be held by veterans (as defined in MCL 35.61). For later documents, a majority of membership interests must be held by veterans, with proof. The Articles form describes veterans as those discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. You file a CSCL/CD-214 veteran fee waiver request with each document. Proof: a DD-214 or DD-215 for each veteran member.
